Implementation

Many elements of our approach can be implemented independently by individual teachers as the result of a workshop or purchase of resource materials. However, with our more comprehensive curricula and materials experience has shown that implementation is more successful when those involved take a holistic and long-term view.

Central to any adoption of materials is ensuring teachers are well prepared in the beginning and supported over time. We consistently emphasize the importance of Professional Development as we build relationships with teachers, schools, and districts. In most cases involving significant purchases we contract with the school or district to provide workshops and/or consulting services. We also encourage those involved to build a network of colleagues both locally and across geographic boundaries.

We invite you to visit Resources and Community to find new ideas, support, and colleagues.

What They're Saying

The staff at MLC were like my right hand throughout the early implementation and continue to keep in contact, always willing to help in any way needed.
