Bridges Correlations

To assist you in finding materials that address your teaching and learning goals we have correlated Bridges in Mathematics to the NCTM standards as well as selected state standards.

National Standards

The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) is committed to improving math education by providing guidance for curricula, teaching, and assessment.

Bridges fully aligns with the content and process standards outlined in Principals and Standards for School Mathematics published in 2000. The Getting Started guide for each grade level specifies how the curriculum correlates to the NCTM standards.

State Standards

We recognize that educators around the country must also address state standards. We have correlated Bridges to the state standards below which may be downloaded as pdf files. More states will be added over time.
