The Year in Grade 3

Students encounter increasingly complex challenges in the form of engaging games, puzzles, patterns, and activities. Students use coins and bills, clocks, and other manipulatives and models to help understand money, time, place value, and other skills and concepts. A student workbook provides opportunities for independent practice and partner games, and quarterly assessment opportunities help teachers evaluate students' progress throughout the year. Number Corner also features a set of support activities that can be used as needed with individual students to strengthen specific skills and concepts. Number Corner routines take an average of 15-20 minutes per day.
